Workshop RepairsWorkshop RepairsYou are welcome to bring your appliance into our workshop. Alternatively we can come to you and, if necessary, pick your appliance up and bring it to our workshop. Our technicians are often able to repair an appliance without having to remove it. If you bring your appliance to us there is a non-refundable $50 workshop assessment fee payable before work commences. With this fee we can diagnose the problem and give you an estimate to repair it. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, labour is charged at $30 per 20 minutes. Parts are additional. All work must be paid for, in full, before the appliance leaves our workshop. If you choose not to go ahead after we have given you an estimate we can, if you wish, dispose of your appliance for you. Be aware that when the workshop is very busy there may be a delay before we can look at your appliance. We will however tell you how long your assessment or repair is likely to take.
