Call Outs / House Calls

Most of our customers prefer us to come to their residence (a house call) or business to assess an appliance. However, you can, if you wish, bring the appliance to use for a Workshop Repair.

For a call out, where at a home or business, our standard call out charge is $90. Time at the location is charged at $90 per hour.

A call out can be cancelled at any time up to 4.30pm on the preceeding working day and a refund will be provided. cancellations on the day can be rebooked at no charge, unless made within 90 minutes of the time booked, in which case a separate standard call out fee will be payable on a subsequent booking.

Where a technician attends a customer's home or premises during the time frame agreed when the booking was made and no access is then available to the premises the standard call out charge of $90 will apply.

Labour

After the first 10 minutes, our labour rate is $15 per quarter hour. Larger jobs can be quoted.

Parts

The cost of any parts required for your machine is on top of the above rates.

Payment

Payments for call out are required on the day. Credit will only be extended by prior arrangement with management. If we are coming back to install parts then payment of the whole account is required on completion. Please click here to read our full Terms of Trade and here for our payment options.
